The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any acrued bonus balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Kralbet supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) through a range of verified Malaysian payment partners, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.
Minimum deposit: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and the selected payment method. Players at the Gold loyalty tier are subject to elevated withdrawal limits as detailed in the Loyalty Programme documentation.
All funds deposited into your Kralbet account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Kralbet reserves the right to return funds to the depositing source if a third-party payment is identified, and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may face delays in processing withdrawals exceding RM500. Kralbet aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: e-wallet (under 5 minutes), DuitNow/FPX (5–15 minutes), bank wire (15–60 minutes). These are target timeframes, not guaranteed service level agreements.
Kralbet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees, which are outside Kralbet's control.
All bets placed on the Kralbet platform — including but not limited to pre-match sports markets, live in-play betting, Mix Parlay combinations, and live casino game outcomes — are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet slip prior to confirmation.
Bet settlement is governed by Kralbet's Sport-Specific and Game-Specific Rules, which are accessible via the relevant market pages on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of Kralbet's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 4 of our operational standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kralbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Kralbet does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. In all cases where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Kralbet's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination by Kralbet: Kralbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, court order, regulatory direction, or technical necessity. Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
Termination by Player: You may close your Kralbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kralbet is incorporated.
